WHAT IS PRE - POO? & STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO PRE-POOING FOR WASH DAY

What's up y'all hope everyone is doing great and having a splendid day?

So by popular demand this is going to be a step by step on how I pre - poo my hair... But first of all let us talk about what is pre - pooing? and why it is important to pre - poo your hair

WHAT IS PRE - POO AND WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO PRE - POO?

Pre - pooing is the process of applying a treatment (mainly oils) to your hair before the actual shampoo process. The treatment provides your hair with a protective layer. This is important because shampooing can strip moisture from the hair.

STEP BY STEP ON HOW I PRE - POO MY HAIR

Things I use to pre poo my hair:

• Aloe Vera
• Coconut oil or Olive Oil (Or usually do a mix of different oils because i suffer from dandruff issues) 

The pre pooing step is pretty basic and straight to the point. It should take you about 45mins to properly complete your full hair...

STEP ONE:
Divide your hair into four equal sections

STEP TWO:
Start working with one of the section and divide a small bit

STEP THREE:
Apply aloe vera to the scalp (Generously if I may add) 

STEP FOUR:

Apply the oil to the hair itself (not a lot just enough to saturate the hair)

STEP FIVE:

Finger detangle (this step is very important to the rest of your wash day because it will make it easier for you)

STEP SIX:
Loosely twist it down to get it out of the way

There you have it, it's basic and simple repeat the same step for the rest of you hair
STEP SEVEN:

Where a shower cap and leave in for 60 mins or overnight
